All Sales are Final. No refunds, only store credit. 

• 30% Restocking Fee for all returned merchandise. All claims must be accompanied by original invoice. 
• No warranty beyond any manufacturer's warranty. 
• LAYAWAY: 10% down, up to 6 months only. Give us two weeks notice for merchandise to be ready. 
• Recycling Fee is a state fee CA SB 254, CHP 388. 
• We are not responsible for hauling old furniture or mattress. 
• Buyer agrees to measure all doorways, halls, and stairways before ordering, making sure merchandise will fit. 
• We offer assistance loading your items into your vehicle but we cannot provide you with rope to tie down your items, nor are we responsible for securing items to your vehicle. 
• We are not responsible for damages that occur to your merchandise, your vehicle, or other vehicles when you transport your purchases.
• Please clear drop off/set up area prior to delivery. 
• A&M Furniture Home Store delivery crew cannot move or remove furniture and/or personal belongings.
